Excellently stated. It is power-hungry evil individuals who have programmed women to think that man is better than a woman and especially since the early ‘60s, the women have been relentless in their desire to be proven better.

Men and women have different roles and, thus, have different biological traits to ensure they succeed at these roles. Neither is better or worse….just different. So get over it, women. Mankind would not be here without BOTH roles.

Signed, a woman.

I’m another woman who agrees with you. I swallowed the women’s lib propaganda in the mid-late 70’s as a teen; but I have long ago realized the stupidity of their propaganda when it comes to jobs where strength means the difference between safety and danger. I’m an Air Force veteran, but I worked in a computer shop stateside not in any position where my lack of strength would compromise anyone’s safety, and my secondary “war skill”, which I never had to fill, was working with medical records. Women don’t belong in combat.

On the home front, women don’t belong in jobs where their lack of strength would put themselves or others in danger UNLESS there are no men available to fill those roles as sometimes is the case in largely rural areas in volunteer fire departments, and even then they need to be as strong as they possibly can be.

Very well said I am in agreement. If you can't pull a hose on your knees or carry a 220 lb.man go to another profession. You would be endangering your fellow FF. No one cares what you do in the bedroom it is not about that. It's about safety. The DEI and the woke culture is ending and not a moment too soon. Dangerous kooks damn near destroyed the country.

All jobs require skills. Ifyou are unable to meet job requirements

If women can’t pull a fallen man from a burning building, then let the women go into the building so that if they fall, a man will be available to pull them out.

This insane policy of having women in jobs they can't do is everywhere.

Australian army, platoon jogs along the road during recruit training, 1/2 a platoon, a gap, then a tall, fit, thin woman running comfortably, then the rest of the platoon, then about 100 m behind a short fat woman struggling, then another 50m behind another similar woman staggering along. Both the last 2 women with a corporal at their elbow, presumably trying to keep them moving.

2 short fat police women holding the wrists of a young Pacific Islander man who had been drinking. They wanted him into a police wagon. They had him until he straightened his arms and easily lifted his hands up. Both women fell off. Eventually they talked a friend of the man into climbing into the wagon, he then had to talk the drinker into getting in with him.

US navy, 1st gulf war, ship patrolling under constant threat of missile strike, weeks at sea, leave at a friendly port, then back to duty and danger but ALL the women sailors got sent back to a safe place because they were all pregnant, so did not have to go back to duty.

Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in her Autobiography commented on the stupidity of women soldiers. They could not throw hand grenades far enough not to injure themselves or fellow soldiers so the grenades had to be made smaller. New smaller grenades could not kill anyone, so we're useless in attacking or defending against an enemy soldier.

No doubt the women want the same lay and promotions as the men who can do the work.

Tremendous article as always. Women do not need to be firefighters and a lot of other jobs they are not qualified to do. I remember how the Rangers needed women to appease some idiot who thought they could be like men. They shouted from the rooftops when two women passed all the tests. What the didn't even whisper was that the reduced the requirements three times before the women could pass them. Who could consider that a win?

Hello I had a job usually reserved for men. I did a good job for my skill set. But the work was taxing. It was not an emergency responder type. I needed the money (pays better than a ‘clerk’) i prayed every day for a different job. I applied for one (leave out details) but I got it, and loved it. It was an office job but my boss did not want me in the position. He did not want me because I was a woman. In the long run it worked out but if I had not had the ‘hard’ job I would not have had the empathy and understanding for the job I really enjoyed. There is no way I could pull over my weight out of a building man, woman, bag of gold. If job requirements are not met even for people who age and have a difficult job they should meet the requirements. There are minimum requirements in most jobs. There are important reasons for them.

And there should be no alcohol or recreation drug use while on the job or in the work place: a truck, office, home office, or congress. We should demand that congress stops alcohol on the premises of congress. Senators & congress should not have alcohol or recreational drugs in the halls of congress. - went off track - but since I found out they have alcohol available thanks to Pelosi, I am angry. They make decisions that affect us all while imbibing? Thats wrong. That should be against the law. Isn’t it? Its the same as unfit candidates working in first responder positions: male or female. - Life threatening.

You neglected to mention they also make decisions with very low IQs, think Mazie Hirono.

the picture of LA's three firechiefs is quite incredible. they're MtF trannies, there's an association with Macbeth's three witches, there's dressed-up incompetence. if anyone planned it, it was done well. pls CA, investigate Newsom (corruption charges) and ban him from any further public positions already.

Leaders, who are hiring solely on DEI and low to no job qualifications are dangerous.

This article puts the whole issue of “why we need men” to the forefront! I hope if my house is ever on fire, a muscle man pulls my husband and I out of the house alive. There are some jobs that require strength and this is one of them. Equity here is foolishness.

the classic rapist's argument: "she shouldn't have been here (wearing a short skirt)!" is a variation of "...“He got himself in the wrong place if I have to carry him out of a fire.”..." stupidity, DEI ('Didn't Earn It') and trannydom combined makes a toxic mix.

When a society reaches this stage you know its stepping up on a box to reach the rope hanging from a tree. It is going to afix said rope around their neck because they believe society will somehow get taller as a result. We only need to look at Detroit, NYC, Newark, Chicago, DC, SF, or LA.
