If the IRS does not refile against Byrd for back taxes within ten years, the debt is forgiven. I wonder if he paid taxes on the $164,211 he got from GoFundMe donors. The IRS might want to look into that.

Get on it doge. Waste if I ever saw it. Seems like quite a bit of Byrd crap has been left as a trail.

Typical of a narrative-driven justice department. The facts won't matter, the story matters.

Had a white guy shot a black woman, he would have already been executed.

Please Lord Jesus see this through. When we pray Your Words that you take what was meant for evil & turn it for good, You made sure John Earle Sullivan was there to capture the proof. And let Byrd hang himself more with un-needed lies in the interview. Please open the remaining eyes that do not see yet what’s been eating away at civility for decades. Justice for Ashli!!!!!!! 🙏

Seeing the real footage of Ashli being murdered, and what that female "cop" did to that poor down and unconscious female patriot, beat her and struck her repeatedly until ☠️ death ,Rosann Boyle (sp?) ignoring other patriots' begging screams for mercy, EMS, "STOP" the aggravated assault, she was never a threat, now unconscious🤬👹👿 , until dead, then dragged out of tunnel by her ankles😱. Such evil by those sworn to protect citizens and USA

The whole uscp were sickening as they whimpered how scared they were, when the ones like Ashli & Rosanne died by the evil incompetence of the set up that day.

WOW!! I was not aware President Trump knew very little of how Byrd was treated. What a disgrace. He got away with murder.

No need spending any time or resource on the demise of this mental midget Ashli.

Trump got her killed.

No big lie.

No dead Babbitt.

Pretty simple.

No no. I’m quite educated. Ashli was retarded, but she didn’t really get a fair shake. Have you seen her mother? Trump got Ashli dead and they haven’t even brought suit against he guy who was responsible for her death, the shitstain on humanity who entertains the world with his daily retardedness, Donald J (for Jackoff) Trump🤣🤣🤣🤣🍺🍺

Ashli To Ashli Dust To Dust. Wasn't Ashli ANTIFA? Or an FBI instigator? Depending on which story you clowns are sticking to today.

Byrd will face justice. Hiding behind race is despicable enough, but knowing your actions will be condoned or covered up is even worse. This was murder, plain and simple.

Dunno, looked to me that Byrd couldn't see the officers behind Babbit, but regardless. Somebody has a gun trained on you and it's a crapshoot if they are going to pull the trigger. You want to take that chance? I am not saying it was right choice on his part or the whole "insurrection" narrative was not a fraud, but that unfortunately Ashli made a bad choice. Nobody should want to be dead right.

'I am not saying it was right choice on his part or the whole "insurrection" narrative was not a fraud, but that unfortunately Ashli made a bad choice. Nobody should want to be dead right." Really? What 'bad choice'? Any sane read on what footage is available puts a lie to your suggestion.

No way she saw a 'gun trained' let alone any made any 'bad choice'. Byrd made an executive decision to murder to 'restore order' - when the disorder held no visible threat. Not her or anyone else.

To this day you hear the Bull from clowns like AOC and Pelosi (although she sings a different song in the footage of her in the limo with her own daughter who filmed it) that they were in fear of their lives - and that is what they were told at the time - understandably. The fear existed.

Problem is they just haven't produced as much as a PEN KNIFE at the event.

There were plenty of 'bad decisions' that ended up putting some J6'rs in jail FOR YEARS - like ransacking Pelosi's office and taking a selfie with feet up on the desk. But what was done to CAUSE VIOLENCE - via deliberate policing in a particular area - and how those short half hour escalation - in contrast to hours of other footage - became the crucial link enabling a false narrative of insurrection for the J6 Committee.

Ant that propagandistic LIE was pushed for years while the Biden DOJ sent hundreds to unjust imprisonment. Which would still be happening if not for Trumps election.

How is Ashley different from Emmitt Till from a civil right perspective?

Unless of course you don't believe elections have been and continue to be stolen in this country - or - even if they do - they don't constitute as great a threat to constitutional self-governance that Jim Crow racism once did?

If she couldn’t see Byrd and the gun, yeah. If she could, bad choice.

Look at her - head down heading through a crawl space. Byrd didn't care who he hit as long as he hit someone - even fellow police. And if they died? So be it. They were there - thus - 'bad choice'.

That is how they 'policed' in EAST GERMANY UNDER THE SATSI.

Likely a strategy to bring the event back into the spotlight….with the right people in charge now. People pushed into Trump’s spotlight don’t fare well….
