A wonderful tribute to a woman who died at the hands of a coward, who shot wildly into a crowd. The government settlement says Ashli Babbitt was a victim and it's time for Capitol Police Officer Michael Byrd be charged with murder.
As a veteran it is almost impossible to read the Military Times. It Is a rag and ought to be used as a fire starter. Those that smear Ashli Babbit smear all veterans and guess what? That is who runs Washington DC, they call us deplorable, yet they would not be able to call us that without us deploying, signing up to go when 99% of the nation refuses to serve. (And brought to you by big ag and the private equity ghouls food so bad for you that 75% of eligible military aged men and women are unable to serve because they are too….name the infirmity) They hate us, they hate their nation, they love an antisemitic racist totalitarian organization called Harvard. Further imagine 3-4 Capital or DC cops in full battle rattle with automatic weapons hunkered down behind Ashli Babbit and she is taking the bullet. Wow! Guys you sure are tough dudes….the only odd thing is they didn’t return fire when fired upon….no doubt they were too dumb struck to believe anyone was going to be shooting them. “Officer Byrd” Ashli’s assassin dodged a bullet, if those cops had been US Marines they would returned disciplined suppressing fire and ole Officer Byrd would have flapped his wings to Hell. So here we are on Memorial Day. Hamburgers, hot dogs and beer, take a moment, think of the fallen, think of Ashli and carry the torch. They can’t kill us all.
If America falls to communism and/or fascism Ashley will be forgotten. If America survives the onslaught of totalitarians who want to “fundamentally transform the United States of America,” Ashley Babbitt must be remembered and honored! Just because the enemy is within doesn’t mean we don’t honor “the fallen” at the hands of those who hate America and hate Ashley Babbitt.
👏👏👏 God bless America this blessed Memorial Day! 🇺🇸🫡 Ashli Babbitt wasn’t a saint, but she was a good person and a hero who served her country. She didn’t break any laws on January 6th nor was she a threat to anyone. Michael Byrd shot her in cold blood because he “felt threatened.” Funny how the left despises police brutality-until its against a Trump supporter. Then police brutality is great! Ashli was a proud Air Force veteran who risked her life for her country in Iraq and Afghanistan.
She bravely stood up against the COVID madness, for the second amendment and came to the capital that fateful day as she genuinely believed the election had been stolen. There were some January 6th protesters who committed acts of vandalism and assaulted police officers that day-she wasn’t one of them. In fact as Jack shows, she beat up a troublemaker trying to break one of the capital building’s windows.
The Military Times smeared her after her untimely death and the military under Joe Biden and Mark Milley’s control denied her the honor of a military funeral. No wonder Donald Trump fired all Biden’s generals and the military has seen an explosion in recruiting! No wonder Trump had to roll up his sleeves and get the wokeness out of there! Look who was running the show! She was a martyr and NOT an insurrectionist! Her death was a tragedy, I think we all left, right and center should be able to agree on that.
The fact that Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd was exonerated of guilt in what was obviously at the very least negligent homicide is a travesty of American Justice. Add to this the auto-pen blanket pardons of the members of the J-6 Special Committee, and you have a witches' brew of all that has gone wrong in our nation's capital. If the family requests it, Ashli's remains should be disinterred and reburied at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors, attended by Trump, Vance, Hegseth, and other federal dignitaries.
Wish someone in power today would've also publicly commented on Tina Peters. A Gold Star mom being politically persecuted & sitting in a US gulag is vomit inducing.
The military may deny a veteran a military funeral in several specific cases, primarily related to the veteran's discharge status or involvement in a capital crime. Specifically, military funeral honors are denied to individuals who:
Were discharged under other than honorable conditions.
Were convicted of a federal or state capital crime.
Circumstances surrounding their death might bring discredit upon the military services.
Here's a more detailed look:
Dishonorable Discharge:
Any discharge other than honorable, including dishonorable discharge, bad conduct discharge, or dismissal from service, disqualifies a veteran from receiving military funeral honors.
Capital Crimes:
Individuals convicted of a federal or state capital crime are ineligible for military funeral honors.
Circumstances of Death:
If the circumstances surrounding a veteran's death are such that providing military funeral honors would bring discredit to the military, those honors may be denied.
Secretary of Defense Discretion:
The Secretary of Defense can also deny military funeral honors in specific cases, even if the veteran meets other eligibility requirements.
For veterans eligible for military funeral honors, the details of the funeral ceremony, including the gun salute, flag presentation, and Taps, will vary depending on their rank and service branch, according to the Army HRC.

Thank you remembering this warrior who clearly understood the war we are in!
‘Without intending, they created a martyr, and more than a martyr, an archetype of the American patriot.’
That they did. She will not be forgotten!
She was murdered,no doubt about it. I speak as a former police officer.

I concur. Satan is working full time to subvert our REPUBLIC
To think the Officer that shot her was then promoted is reprehensible and Nancy Pelosi was all over it.

It was unquestionably a snuff flick. Any investigation remains out of the question.

The “Military Times” has turned itself into “Shit Times” thanks to the treasonous Democrats and the RINOs.

I am eagerly waiting for the long-overdue punishment of Ashli’s murderer, and the ones who gave the order to kill the protesters.
Does the Military Times serve as bootcamp for the New York Times?
Babbitt = dead traitor. Nothing more. Nothing less.
