They should be taught about American culture, values and heroes, the English language, how to treat American women, and about the Holocaust.
The enclave itself should be integrated with native born Americans of all races and creeds so the Somalis can learn to live in harmony with their countrymen. The neighborhood should be gentrified and mosques should stand side by side with churches, synagogues and Hindu temples. Somali children will be taught to love America while being proud of their heritage and background. Somali political corruption will be ended. Governor Walz will be forced to resign and charged with voter fraud. A sane Democrat or Republican will be elected to replace him. Mayor Frey will be recalled. Derek Chauvin and his fellow ex-officers will receive an official apology, full and free pardon from the new Governor and paid reparations. All radical policies in Minneapolis will be reversed. Sane Democrats and Republicans will take over the City Council. Minneapolis will be cleaned up and jobs brought to its inner cities.

I just had a really weird intuition and I'm wondering what people think of it.
The idea behind importing all these groups is that we'd Americanize them, make them civilized and placid, and the Americanized Somalis (or whoever, Palestinians, Syrians, etc.) would civilize and pacify their home countries by influence.
