The trial, conviction and imprisonment of Derek Chauvin is one of the most egregious miscarriages of justice in modern American history with the President of the United States and a U.S. Congress woman (Maxine Waters) engaging in jury intimidation. The judge should have declared a mistrial. Stacked against Chauvin was the entire weight of the Federal government. No one can seriously argue that Derek Chauvin received a fair trial.

Disgusting along with Kamala. Both are guilty, along with Walz, of falsely accusing Chauvin.

Chauvin's mistake was maintaining the maximal restraint technique rather than applying a lower-body hobble as is instructed. He thought EMTs were two or three minutes away, and they should have been, but they went to the wrong address. One Floyd went limp, Chauvin should have relented. That was his crime, not murder. I found no major news outlet that reported the fact that the medical examiner was persuaded to change his initial report. Disgraceful. As was the police chief testifying that his department did not teach the maximal restraint technique, which it did. What the public heard was that Floyd "was a healthy young man." And Nancy Pelosi saying, "Thank you, George Floyd for giving your life for justice." Enough to make you vomit.

It has to be remembered that the violent criminal Floyd was not a small man. He was well over six foot tall.

We KNEW this was corrupt when it was happening. What a wonderful way to rid your family of a perpetual pest- George The Junky Floyd- and make $28 million dollars in shush money. Disgusting DemonRats. Oh, and I want to see the blasphemous statue of Fentenyl Floyd melted down and all wall paintings of him removed. We do not celebrate criminals under this administration.

You are missing some vital information:

1) The official autopsy found "no occult damage" to the neck. In other words, no asphyxiation, not even a broken capillary or bruise. This means, contrary to pundit Sean Hannity's 'expert' opinion, Chauvin was not putting pressure on the neck . . . any immobilization impossible because the neck has slippery and loose skin, delicate place to attempt a physical restraint of a powerfully built, large man. His knee was more likely across the shoulders and skull, immobilizing the squirming Floyd.

2) Toxicology reports showed an 11ng/mL level of Fentanyl in Floyd's blood. In toxicology studies, that level of Fentanyl is overdose and causes of death by pericardial effusion (fluid building up in the pericardial sac) are common. When EMT arrived, Floyd had fluid in the lungs, pleural effusion (Officer Thao noticed difficulty breathing and foaming at the mouth, an indication of opiate overdose, and called EMT) . . . and a normal EKG. Floyd's heart labored under the fluid building up which eventually caused cardiac arrest.

This is how Floyd died, and Officers Thao and Chauvin were struggling to save his life, holding him while watched by an angry crowd, waiting for EMT to arrive.

Thank you Jack Cashill and Ben Shapiro for starting the conversation . . . and that idiot Sean Hannity has to take back his stupid analysis, regardless of his Sensei and martial arts training.

I have never been able to reconcile the fact that one of the "heroes" of the C0v1d fight, Dr. Pierre Kory, has refused to acknowledge that he got it wrong on his evaluation of the Floyd autopsy! He was hired by family members to testify in one of the civil cases and he maintains, to this day, that the autopsy report he relied upon as an "expert witness" confirmed that George Floyd's death was caused, in part, by the pressure applied by Derek Chauvin. But he NEVER examined the body so if he relied on a flawed, doctored autopsy, his conclusions make more sense. Maybe someone should get this article to Dr. Kory and see if that changes his opinion as to the cause of death?

This is an excellent article about what really happened to George Floyd. It's disgusting that the ME didn't have the courage to reveal what really was at play. Derek Chauvin and the other three officers (who were just standing around) need to be released from prison.

George Floyd’s death was a terrible tragedy no doubt. But Derek Chauvin and his three fellow officers weren’t responsible for it. Rather it was heart disease and an enlarged heart coupled with the use of Fentanyl and Meth that killed George Floyd. The hold Chauvin and his fellow officers put Floyd in was standard procedure and Officer Chauvin never purposely put his knee on Floyd’s neck to kill him. I was not aware of Mr. Floyd’s heart issues. The mainstream media probably repressed that if I had to guess. The video of the incident at first, was not released in its entirety by Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison who was determined to create something out of nothing to boost his own political career and make a run at the Governor’s mansion someday. Officer Chauvin was fired from his job, tarred and feathered as a racist, his wife divorced him, and he was sentenced basically to life in prison. The other officers suffered similar fates. This incident has zip to do with race or color. This was a man who was addicted to drugs and had a bad heart and those two things combined to kill him sadly. I feel a great deal of sympathy for George Floyd’s family and pray for them. By what was done to Officer Chauvin and his brother officers was a grave injustice, Rev. Dr. Roger Mitchell intimidated Andrew Baker into changing the results of the autopsy to say what he and the mob wanted and needed for it to say. Apparently, he did the same with the autopsy of the late Officer Brian Sicknick. Dr. Mitchell is a very evil man who must be arrested and brought up on charges immediately! I call on President Trump to pardon Derek Chauvin and his three fellow officers! Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. would be absolutely devastated if he were here today and read this story. George Floyd is NOT in the same boat with the likes of Emmett Till, James Chaney or Michael Donald! Nor is Derek Chauvin some latter-day incarnation of Sam Bowers or George Lincoln Rockwell. He is an innocent man convicted of a crime he never committed. He is much more akin to the Scottsboro Boys, Sacco and Vanzetti or Leo Frank. Rev. Dr. Roger Mitchell reminds me of Professor Moriarty from Sherlock Holmes, a scheming evil genius manipulating events from behind the scenes. We need a real life Mr. Holmes to bring him down!

Their Communist Tribunal of show me the man and we will find a crime is beyond repugnant and forgiveness.

This case must be retried in open court and all actual evidence not fabricated evidence and facts must be presented.

Travesty of Justice is not even close, any and all Judges, Prosecutors, and any Government Official who participated in this Fraudulent Trial should be held accountable for their actions and crime committed against the defendants and the people of the United States.

If not now (to speak up), then when?

Since when does righting injustice NOT help America as we return to our constitutional ‘rule of law’ roots?

Since when does a truth that DOESN’T affect truth-teller careers not be important?

Since when should race-based OR non-race based politics have ANY influence in a criminal proceeding?

Since when should political influence force the truth to be hidden or covered up, as in the autopsy report?

Since when does the race manipulation issue of all races matter in truth as we return to the rule of law?

Since when do we continue this farce?

There has been something about Chauvin that I did not like , his purposeful kneeling on Floyd’s neck knowing cameras were there. As a lawman with 30 yrs this would never happen by accident or otherwise . This was intentional by chauvin + ask urself why ? His act convicted 3 innocent men why ? Sorry folks there was a game plan here by politicians to put Pres.Trump in the middle of it + that’s what Dems did !

Then people will change their minds.

Until that happens the public precipitation will be that Floyd was murdered.
