Same Doc Who Altered Floyd's Autopsy Report Suppressed Officer Sicknick's.
Neither George Floyd Nor Brian Sicknick Was MURDERED!
Former DC Medical Examiner Dr. Roger Mitchell simply has not gotten his due. In less than two years from 2020-2021 Mitchell wreaked more havoc on America than any doctor not named “Fauci.” But for Mitchell, there have been no medals, no magazine covers, no fawning profiles on 60 Minutes, not even a preemptive pardon.
It is not that Mitchell is shy. No, just the opposite. In November 2020, he met with sympathetic state prosecutors in Minnesota and freely boasted of his role in shaping the autopsy report done on George Floyd. That boast was memorialized in a memo that surfaced during the legal proceedings of Derek Chauvin colleague Tou Thao.
The memorandum detailed Mitchell’s effort to coerce Hennepin County Medical Examiner Andrew Baker into altering his diagnosis of Floyd’s death. Baker conducted an autopsy on Floyd on May 26, 2020, the day after Floyd died. Baker reported that same day to the Hennepin County prosecutors, “The autopsy revealed no physical evidence suggesting that Mr. Floyd died of asphyxiation. Mr. Floyd did not exhibit signs of petechiae, damage to his airways or thyroid, brain bleeding, bone injuries, or internal bruising.”
On Friday May 29, Baker’s preliminary report was released, again showing “no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation.” Back in Washington, Mitchell got wind of Baker’s conclusion and went into action. According to the state attorneys, Mitchell called Baker and criticized him, “You know you can not have petechiae and still have asphyxia and can still have neck compression.” Neck compression was critical. There could be no murder charge without it.
Dissatisfied with Baker’s response, Mitchell called him back on Monday and now threatened him with a critical op-ed in the Washington Post if he didn’t wise up. “In this conversation,” the state memo continued, “Mitchell said, you don’t want to be the medical examiner who tells everyone they didn’t see what they saw. You don’t want to be the smartest person in the room and be wrong.”
After a weekend of death and destruction nationwide, Mitchell showed Baker a way to save his skin. According to the state memo, Mitchell called Baker and “said neck compression has to be in the diagnosis.” Late on that same Monday, Baker’s office sent out a press release that began, “Cause of death: Cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.” (Italics added). With a stroke of the pen and the complicity of the prosecutors, Baker turned four innocent cops into murderers and justified the self-destructive social revolution that followed.
On January 6, 2021, Mitchell was a major player in DC politics. He headed the District of Columbia Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) and was also serving as interim deputy mayor for public safety and justice. He was soon to accept a new position as a professor and chair of pathology at nearby Howard University, but given his record as an activist, he likely called the political shots at the OCME as long as needed.
Back in Washington, late in the evening of January 7, 2021, Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick died. The OCME performed the autopsy the next day. According to the OCME, as reported by the Washington Post, “Capitol Police officer Brian D. Sicknick suffered two strokes and died of natural causes.” There was “was no evidence of internal or external injuries.” According to the OCME, Sicknick “suffered two strokes at the base of the brain stem caused by a clot in an artery that supplies blood to that area of the body.”
The autopsy report was done honestly, but it did not jibe with the narrative the Democrats and the media had already set in play. On January 8, the same day the autopsy was performed, the New York Times was reporting that “pro-Trump rioters” struck Sicknick with a fire extinguisher, killing him. The Times added this chillingly fraudulent detail: “With a bloody gash in his head, Mr. Sicknick was rushed to the hospital and placed on life support.” The Times cited “two law enforcement officials” as their source.
To accommodate the Democratic narrative, the OCME withheld the Sicknick autopsy results for more than one hundred days. There was no medical or legal reason to withhold them. George Floyd’s report, remember, was released in a week. The unstated motive, of course, was to preserve Sicknick’s status as a martyr and the J6ers status as murderers as long as possible.
Said independent journalist Glenn Greenwald, “This horrifying story about a pro-Trump mob beating a police officer to death was repeated over and over, by multiple journalists on television, in print, and on social media.” He called this counterfeit murder “the single most-emphasized and known story of the event.” Even on the right, commentators shied from challenging the saga of a murderous insurrection.
Always crafty, the OCME finally released Sicknick’s autopsy report on April 19, 2021, the day closing arguments were made in the Chauvin trial. This was no coincidence. The conspirators wanted as little attention paid to the results as possible. The OCME might never have released the results were it not for pressure from a Judicial Watch lawsuit. This suit also forced the medical examiner to reveal the true cause of Sicknick’s death. There was no fire extinguisher. No bloody gash. No rush to the hospital.
Drunk on their own disinformation, the media struggled with this unexpected dose of truth. The following day, April 20, CNN reporter Jen Christensen emailed the OCME, naively wondering “how someone could die of natural causes after a traumatic event.” On that same day, Sarah Mimms of BuzzFeed emailed the OCME, “I’m really pressing on clarity here not only because of the importance of this case but also because USCP and the Justice Department initially said that Officer Sicknick died due to injuries he sustained at the Capitol.”
To preserve the illusion of Sicknick’s matyrdom, the DoJ settled on a new suspect, Julian Khater. The courts sustained the illusion by sentencing Khater to nearly seven years in prison for using pepper spray on the officer. To justify the lengthy sentence, the judge ignored the fact that the OCME “found no evidence the 42-year-old officer suffered an allergic reaction to chemical irritants.” No matter.
Like Derek Chauvin, Julian Khater had become a sacrificial lamb on the altar of woke justice, High Priest Dr. Roger Mitchell presiding. The woke era may be coming to an end, but its victims have seen little in the way of relief and none in the way of restitution. As to the perpetrators, where to begin?

I knew from the jump that Sicknick wasn't murdered because he was quickly cremated so they could do a high-profile ceremony in the capitol. Cremation meant destroying any evidence if someone was going to be charged, meaning the charges would get tossed. They knew it was all a show, pure political theatre.
Mr. Cashill - if you have any way to contact Dr Pierre Kory, please do so and forward all of your evidence to him. Dr Kory, who is also on Substack, , was one of the leading voices for sanity during the pandemic. But, he was also one of the doctors that the Floyd family relied on in their lawsuits and he continues to maintain that the actions of Derek Chauvin led directly to the death of George Floyd. He did not do an actual autopsy, but according to what he has written, relied on the autopsy of Dr Baker when coming to his conclusion. Perhaps if he is made aware of the differences between the original and the subsequent reports, he will reconsider his opinion!
