Two of them whined about a meme Trump posted where he pretended he was Jesus. Was it in poor taste? Yes. But that’s all it was, a bad joke. It wasn’t something they needed to get so worked up over. The President is a good Christian. He has complete respect for God and the Holy Bible. The third cardinal spewed verbal diarrhea about Trump’s immigration policy which he totally misrepresented. It was an embarrassment for the Church. Leo is alienating a good portion of his flock who are conservative. Yucking it up with Obama advisor David Axelrod was irresponsible and inappropriate for the Pope to do. His Holiness should reach out to President Trump and mend fences between the two of them. He also needs to apologize for not speaking up about Nigeria, Sudan and Iran.
