Does Big League Dirty Trickster Hillary Clinton Deserve Prison?
Nixon's Bush League "Dirty Tricks Artist" Donald Segretti Got Hard Time
In 1974, 32-year-old Nixon operative Donald Segretti was a household name. Fresh out of prison, Segretti was one of at least 22 men who served jail time for his role, however peripheral, in the ultimate lawfare op known as “Watergate.”
Segretti was celebrity enough to merit an episode of 60 Minutes called “The Dirty Tricks Artist.” As Mike Wallace solemnly explained to the TV audience, Segretti “eventually confessed to a laundry list of dirty tricks designed to sabotage the campaigns of Democrat presidential contenders in 1972.”
These tricks, said Wallace, included “forged Muskie letters, accusing Senators Humphrey and Jackson of illicit sexual escapades, suggesting that congresswoman Shirley Chisolm had been confined to a mental institution.” For his dirty tricks, Wallace continued, “Donald Segretti went to jail 4 and a half months.”
If Segretti got a six-month sentence for distributing illegal campaign literature, Hillary has to wonder what sentence she might get for commissioning and disseminating through the media the hugely more destructive Steele dossier. If that were not sedition enough, she and her allies then laundered this slanderous claptrap through the intelligence services, all but paralyzing the Trump administration for more than two years.
Just warming up as the campaign wore down, Hillary green lighted the Alfa Bank scam. As her campaign manager Robby Mook conceded under oath, he presented the idea of leaking to the media the highly dubious claim that Trump was linked to this Russian bank, and Hillary “agreed to that.”
On Oct. 31, 2016, a week before the election, Slate published a lengthy story about this apocryphal connection between Alfa Bank and Trump under the headline “Was a Trump Server Communicating With Russia?” That same day, Hillary tweeted, “Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server linking the Trump Organization to a Russian-based bank.”
The campaign’s national security adviser Jake Sullivan went further still. Said Sullivan, “This could be the most direct link yet between Donald Trump and Moscow.” He elaborated, “This line of communication may help explain Trump’s bizarre adoration of Vladimir Putin and endorsement of so many pro-Kremlin positions throughout this campaign. It raises even more troubling questions in light of Russia’s masterminding of hacking efforts that are clearly intended to hurt Hillary Clinton’s campaign.”
Two months before President Obama’s national security team concocted its now infamous Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA), Sullivan laid out its foundation, almost every word of it false. Biden would reward him for his duplicity by naming him national security adviser.
The Hillary campaign also indulged in the kind of street level shenanigans that put Segretti in prison. The Nixon people called their tactics “ratfucking.” Hillary’s called theirs “bird-dogging.” In his book American Pravda, James O’Keefe described the intel that Project Veritas, a group he founded, gleaned from their undercover work in the 2016 campaign.
One of their unwitting sources, Scott Foval, outlined on camera the organizational chart of Hillary’s dirty tricks operation. “The campaign pays DNC,” said Foval. “DNC pays Democracy Partners. Democracy Partners pays the Foval Group. The Foval Group goes and executes the shit on the ground.”
Foval continued, “So one of the things we do is we stage very authentic grassroots protests right in their faces at their events. We infiltrate. And then we get it on tape. We train our people, and I work with a network of groups. We train them up on how to get themselves into a situation on tape, on camera, that we can use later.” This was the tactic called “bird-dogging.”
Foval would recruit people to cause disturbances at Trump rallies and then rely on the media to blame the ensuing mayhem on Trump and his people. “I’m saying we have mentally ill people that we pay to do shit,” said Foval. “Make no mistake. Over the last twenty years, I’ve paid off a few homeless guys to do some crazy stuff, and I’ve also taken them for dinner, and I’ve also made sure they had a hotel and a shower, and I put them in a program. Like, I’ve done that. But the reality is, a lot of people, especially, our union guys, a lot of union guys, they’ll do whateeeevvverrr you want. They’re rock ’n’ roll.”
Such was the state of Hillary’s 2016 campaign, dirty tricks big and small, all of which the media chose not to notice. And they will continue not to notice until people start going to jail.

Hillary wasn’t just a criminal, she was the center of a crime syndicate.
Jack what they did was criminal these were not dirty tricks but a well planned criminal conspiracy to defraud the American people by interfering in Presidential elections. I wish people would quite conflating criminality as dirty tricks. Manufacturing evidence to frame your political opponents is not dirty tricks.
