The reason I don’t believe these RINO’s is the purposefully allowed 2020 to be stolen not just from President Trump but the two domestic terrorists the Georgia voters put in the Senate!

GOP has 53 seats yet let’s do the math or rigging since 2020… MI, WI, (2) AZ, NH and NV…that’s 59 now add PA for 60. McConnell gave up seats to keep his POWER.

Past time to remove all the RINO’s and shame them as they leave office

Great reporting, Jack. A retrial seems like an appropriate ask given what we know now that we didn’t know then.

The modern day Democrats are crazy and their ideas could be easily defeated EXCEPT for the money hungry Republicans who refuse to actually fight, because they raise money off of talking tough and accomplishing NOTHING!

They despise the average hard working, law abiding, taxpaying citizens of this country but need their votes in order to continue fleecing the taxpayers and getting filthy rich while doing so! How ever much we hate the Country Club RINO class, it's isn't enough...

Jack reports:

Here he quotes the gang leader, “If those boys ain’t off the street in 48 hours, there will be street justice.”

I think it’s past time to call bluffs on these kind of threats. “Street justice” is not legitimate justice. Maybe the gang leader and other “aggrieved” racial activists are indeed bluffed and the railroading of truly innocent participants is avoided. Maybe wider spread violence does break out; then those law breakers should be dealt with in accordance to the actual rule of law.

In either case, it’s going to take non-partisan DOJ, state law officials and judges who are honest and true to the rule of law, and not motivated to corruptly serve the predetermined verdicts demanded by social justice activists and their sympathetic media outlets.

I know that’s a lot to ask for. I’m not naive; we’ve got a broken justice system in today’s U.S. In our current national environment, I think it will take full pardons from Trump (immediately prior to leaving office) to free and exonerate these innocent law-abiding men.

Wow, What a tragic tale. No justice no peace. I wonder if that applies to white males?

At the time the murderers fired their shotgun, they had no idea that Arbury was a probationer, and its relevance to the crime is nil. No evidence that Arbury was doing anything but jogging for exercise was introduced, nothing warranting armed citizens confronting him other than a feeling that Black men didn't fit in their neighborhood.

That the murderers were not arrested by LEOs with whom they were on a first-name basis is hardly surprising, although it is disappointing.

You mean jogging and then suddenly deciding to take someone's gun away? The poor guy had mental problems. But it's legal to have a gun so all in all, it's just a sad accident. No one should be in jail for it.

ANDREW LAZARUS's avatar

You can only try to take someone’s gun away when they are illegally leveling it at you. There’s no sign of any mental problems in the video; whatever they may be, they aren’t relevant to the incident. He’s not floridly psychotic, rambling, or threatening. He’s jogging. And some Good Old Boys decided he didn’t belong there and threatened him with their shotgun.

arbury turned 180 degrees and ran 50 yards to the gun, and grabbed it by the wrong end — death by stupidity

I guess if he hadn't decided to confront the McMichaels, he'd still be alive. Now, unfortunately, he's in hell, because he died in his sins.

Andrew,

Did you READ Jack's Post??? What you offer in your comment makes NO sense.

I like and dislike reading your missives because they illuminate the utterly corrupt, racist, and sexist state of things in our world. It's disheartening to know that most people are simply uninterested in taking a stand for anything substantive in the face of vocal narcissists at large.
